Shipping & Returns

  1. Defective merchandise. --- Should a customer  receive a defective product, they should notify us immediately via e-mail. We will then send a call tag to have the defective item returned to the manufacturer. The repaired item will be returned to the customer with no charge to the customer. 

  2. Wrong product mistakenly shipped. --- The client should notify us immediately via e-mail and as soon as the product is returned to us we will send the correct product. We will credit the clients account for return shipping, and we will pay the shipping to replace the product.
